A standard clean is the regular maintenance reset: dusting, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, vacuuming and mopping. A deep clean adds the detail work — grout, baseboards, door frames, inside appliances and cabinets, interior windows, vents and fixtures. If it's been more than three months since a professional clean, we recommend starting with a deep clean and then switching to standard visits.

Not at all. Most of our clients give us a door code, lockbox or key. You're welcome to be home too — whatever you're comfortable with. Every cleaner is background-checked and we confirm arrival windows by text.

Yes. Spotless Homes LLC is fully licensed and carries general liability insurance, and every cleaner is background-checked before their first job. We're happy to send a certificate of insurance on request.

We use pro-grade, low-fragrance products that are safe for kids and pets, and we bring everything with us. If you have allergies, a sensitive surface, or products you'd prefer we use instead, just tell us in the booking notes.

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours we ask for a $50 fee, since your cleaner has already reserved the time. Life happens — talk to us and we'll usually work it out.

If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no charge. If you're still not happy after that, we refund that visit. No arguing, no fine print.
